Thomas Eric Kee

I am a national, as per the definition found in 8 USC 1101(a)(21), of four states:

1. The Nation of The Kee Dominion
2. The Nation of The Amnesty Coalition
3. The United States of America (unincorporated)
4. The unincorporated Washington Republic, which was part of the Washington Territory established in 1853. I do not recognize the incorporated STATE OF WASHINGTON formed under the 1889 Constitution. The correct term, as per the U.S. Government Publishing Office Style Manual section 5.23, is "Washingtonian" or "unincorporated Washington territory native, domiciled in the unincorporated Washington Republic."

I am not a citizen of any of the four states and am only and exclusively a noncitizen national of all four. Citizenship is secondary to nationality.

I am an unincorporated “freeman” of the “Union,” as quoted from the Honorable Mr. Justice MILLER in The Slaughter-House Cases, 83 U.S. 36 (1873), wherein he explains the distinction between state citizenship and Federal U.S. citizenship.

I also act as the agent for THOMAS ERIC KEE®, a franchise and U.S. citizen as defined under 42 USC 9102(18)(A). This entity is movable through naturalization, as per 8 USC 1101(a)(23), fitting the definition of “individual” and thus a “person” under Title 8. Typically, I naturalize this entity into the STATE OF WASHINGTON (1889 Constitution), designating residency within the incorporated state.
